Creative Healing Therapies
Based on the clients comfort and needs, a healing session is designed together with Jessica that may include one or several of the following healing therapies:
- creating a personalized yoga practice
- working with guided visualizations, guided relaxation and meditation
- chakra balancing
- healing prayer
- healing touch
- healing chants
- compassionate listening
- dream interpretations
- use of oils
- light work
- energy work
These sessions will optimize your body, renew your mind and ignite your spirit while restoring vitality and vibrancy to your life. Sessions will be held at Winds for Change in Fargo on Mondays.

I'm so excited to have access to this beautiful space to offer various workshops, teach yoga classes and chant at healing rituals <3 It all begins in February!
Jessica is a 230 hour Certified Yoga Instructor with a Masters Degree in Theology. She worked as a minister to youth in The Episcopal Church for ten years prior to moving to Fargo. She is trained to tell sacred stories to children using the Montessori method. Jessica is currently developing her Reiki skills and working with a mentor to deepen her intuitive gifts. She worked on understanding dreams and symbols during five years of weekly therapy with Steven Martz from 2003-2007. She is presently discerning ordination at her home parish, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church where she occasionally serves at the altar, offers children's sermons and preaches.
