Join us at BodySava in Moorhead to learn all about the 6th chakra, where it's located, how to open it, how to connect with higher states of intuition and spiritual knowing.  We will begin with some teaching and close with a gentle yoga practice to apply the teachings.  Oil and guided visualizations will be offered in the final savanna to help activate your 6th chakra too.
